It is an efficient way because the student is from face to face with his teacher through the webcam and requires to practice and to speak a lot.
It is a pleasant way because the relationship between the learner and the teacher is very professional and friendly which is giving positive and constructive criticisms.
The exercises proposed are also very interesting and useful for understanding the grammatical rules.
